BEEF - PEPPER SPREAD

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 (2 1/2 oz.) jars chipped beef
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
Chopped pecans
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Mix cream cheese, chipped beef, bell pepper, onion, milk, garlic salt, pepper, sour cream and 2 cups chopped pecans. Put into baking dish. Heat 1 cup chopped pecans, butter and salt until crispy; use as topping for cream cheese mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers.
