CHICKEN DIJON

1/2 (8 oz.) carton plain unsweetened
low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
6 chicken breast halves
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine yogurt and mustard. Brush breast halves evenly with yogurt mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Put chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Increase temperature to 450 degrees. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until chicken is done and coating is browned. 8 servings.
